Attack of the blind frenchman

The moment I heard the words “Is someone there?” I immediately froze because I did not know what to think. I cannot remember the last time I have heard another voice other than my own, and what a great feeling it was. The words came again “Is someone there?,” like music to my ears. I did not know how to react or to respond to that matter, but I was hopeful to finally hear someone speak to me. I don’t know who it was, for I could not see but I soon found out that they were blind also. At least I was not alone.
We talked about food, rice and sambar for example. The discussion of food had made me unbelievably hungry. Soon enough the voice had been getting louder because it was coming closer to me. I began to feel more hopeful to finally touch the other person. I was so excited that I did not realize what they were trying to do. Attack me. It could have been worse but thank God for Richard Parker for saving my life. The other person was planning on having me for dinner.
